1.Purpose and Scope
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information, including personal data, that ISSAI may obtain during your use of the Services.
The Private Institution "Institute of Smart Systems Artificial Intelligence" (referred to as ISSAI in this Policy) is a legal entity established under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and registered at the following address: Republic of Kazakhstan, 010000 Astana, Kabanbay Batyr Avenue 53.
2.Data Collection
2.1. We collect the following categories of data:
- 1) Voice recordings provided by users;
- 2) Information uploaded by users (text, audio files, and other data);
- 3) Personal information provided by you during registration (account creation), such as your name, phone number, residential address, email address, and age;
- 4) Electronic data (web beacons/pixel tags, browser identifier information, hardware and software data);
- 5) Date and time of access to the Services;
- 6) Geolocation information.
2.2. For the purposes of payment processing, the Services may be integrated with banking services through which banks collect and process your personal data (payment card details, other payment information provided by you or other parties involved in conducting a payment transaction using the Services). ISSAI also has access to this data for the purpose of providing paid services.
2.3. All data is collected only with the user's consent, which is expressed when using the Services.
2.4. By using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and consented to the processing of your information, including your personal data, as specified in this Policy by the Private Institution "Institute of Smart Systems Artificial Intelligence". IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING IT.
3.Use of Data
3.1. The collected data may be processed for the following purposes:
- 1) Ensuring the operation, modification, and improvement of the Services;
- 2) Analyzing and processing data, identifying patterns in the data to provide more accurate results for user queries;
- 3) Ensuring the security and protection of the Services, the rights of users, and ISSAI;
- 4) Developing and improving other ISSAI products, services, and offerings;
- 5) Collecting, processing, and presenting statistical data, big data, and other research;
- 6) Identifying security threats to the Services, users, ISSAI, and/or third parties;
- 7) Organizing the receipt of your payments, and processing payments for the Services.
4.Data Storage
4.1. All data is stored in the Republic of Kazakhstan in a secure environment and is protected from unauthorized access.
At the same time, the User agrees to the cross-border transfer of personal data in the event that servers are acquired and hosted in foreign countries.
4.2. Data will be stored for an indefinite period, but only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of its processing, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
4.3. Personal information is processed automatically without access by any ISSAI employees, and access is granted to ISSAI employees only when necessary. To protect and ensure the confidentiality of data, all ISSAI employees must comply with internal rules and procedures regarding the processing of personal data. They must also adhere to all technical and organizational security measures in place to protect personal data.
5.Data Sharing
5.1. We do not share user data with third parties without their consent, except as required by law.
5.2. In cases where data is shared with third parties, we ensure that such third parties adhere to similar data protection measures.
ISSAI may share your personal information with ISSAI employees and affiliates (solely for the purposes specified in Section 3 of this Policy).
ISSAI may also transfer personal information to third parties, including cross-border transfers, to achieve the purposes specified in Section 3 of this Policy. Such third parties may include:
- 1) Partners (government agencies, legal entities) - entities collaborating with ISSAI to achieve the purposes specified in Section 3 of this Policy;
- 2) Counterparties (contractors, suppliers) - entities providing services to ISSAI to achieve the purposes specified in Section 3 of this Policy;
- 3) Entities involved in organizing the receipt of your payments and processing payment transactions through the Services (international payment systems, payment instrument providers, banks, and other financial institutions, etc.).
6.Data Protection
6.1. We take necessary organizational and technical measures to protect user data from loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
6.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

7.1. Users have the right to:
- 1) Request information about their data stored with us;
- 2) Request the correction or deletion of their data;
- 3) Withdraw consent to data processing.

8.Changes and Amendments to the Privacy Policy
8.1. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to make changes, additions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy. Additional terms or documents may be posted from time to time within the Services via a link.
